Sian is a Director in the Family team at HCB and her work embraces all aspects of Family Law. She advises upon divorce, civil partnerships, cohabitation, property and financial disputes, children’s issues, cohabitee rights and agreements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
Sian is a member of Resolution, a national organisation of specialist family lawyers committed to a constructive approach to family law. As a result the majority of her cases achieve a settlement without the need for a final hearing.
Sian adopts a firm but fair approach to her litigation and provides practical, straightforward and sensitive advice always with a view to the commercial realities of the situation.
Sian acts for both husbands and wives, often from a business or professional background.
