Approach
Robert Dawson joined Hadens in 1986 and became a partner in 1989 becoming Head of the Family Law Department in 1995. Robert is now a Director within the Family Law Department at HCB Solicitors Ltd. He also sits as a Deputy District Judge.
He has acted in a number of high value financial cases that have involved businesses, substantial pensions and other assets. He has a wide experience in proceedings concerning children gained from representing parents, wider family, local authorities and children themselves.
Robert has a sympathetic approach and ensures that his advice is clear and concise.
