Noor joined HCB Solicitors Solicitors in 2007 after completing his Law Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Noor works within our residential conveyancing department and specialises in all aspects of residential property issues. Over the years he has gained valuable experience and continues to build on the ever changing legal atmosphere. His experience includes the following:
- Freehold and leasehold residential sales, purchases including plot purchases, right to buy, repossessions and compulsory purchase orders
- Lease Extensions, Shared Ownership Lease, Deed of Variation and or Verifications
- Transfer of equity, re-mortgages, and declaration of trusts
Noor occasionally undertakes immigration work and specialises in the following areas:
- Visit and Sponsor Applications to the UK
- Entry Clearance and Visa Appeals
- Legal Representation and consultation at Asylum Immigration Tribunals
