Natasha trained and qualified at Simmons & Simmons in London. She joined the corporate department in August 2010 from the Stratford office of Needham & James, prior to that she spent a number of years running her own business in the local area. Natasha believes this experience has enabled her to develop a practical approach to legal issues and a real understanding of her clients’ concerns and priorities. Natasha deals with business affairs in a legal context and the provision of business solutions. She has extensive experience in drafting and advising in relation to a wide range of commercial documents including:
- shareholders’ agreements;
- distribution agreements;
- franchise agreements;
- terms and conditions of sale and purchase;
- contracts for the supply of goods and services.
Natasha also enjoys dealing with the sale and purchase of business assets and company shares. She has particular experience dealing with owner managed businesses and small and medium enterprises.
Out of the office Natasha particularly loves to travel and use her languages. She also enjoys long distance running, including the odd marathon.
