Michael’s legal experience focuses around three areas: litigation, commercial law and corporate law.
Combining 10 years of commercial experience with an in-depth legal knowledge, Michael is able to apply expertise to a wide range of commercial and corporate disputes and acts for local, national and international companies, individuals, shareholders, directors and partners in disputes arising out of breach of contract; warranty; fiduciary duty; debt recovery and enforcement and both corporate and personal insolvency.
Michael possesses an intricate working knowledge of a variety of business markets and has a strong sense of commercial reality. He delivers advice to clients in a straightforward and sensible manner, enabling them to take a commercial decision with the benefit of considered knowledge. Michael's track record speaks for itself. Prior to his legal career, after obtaining a first class degree and a MBA, Michael played commercially crucial roles within a range of top level organisations. In one, he was responsible for strategically advising the shareholders and directors of a large group of companies with a turnover of £50 million and 550 employees.
