Linda qualified as an Associate of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1980 following which she has been engaged in private practice dealing with probate matters, will drafting and Powers of Attorney. However, her particular expertise lies in the area of residential conveyancing advising on:-
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Acquisition of freehold interests
- Lease extensions
- Transfers of Equity
- Declarations of Trust
- Mortgages, including Lifetime/Equity Release Mortgages
Over the years, Linda has built up many long term Client relationships, an achievement of which she is particularly proud.
