John joined Hadens in February 2008 as head of the Litigation team. Following the merger of Hadens with HCB, John is now a Director within the firm.
He advises a wide range of clients from PLCs to small businesses to individuals on a broad number of matters, such as, commercial contracts, warranties, obtaining injunctions, professional negligence, property disputes and will/trust disputes.
He also has a particular interest in advising care homes.
John offers down to earth practical and cost effective advice and aims to work with clients to achieve the best commercial solution.
Away from the office, John has one son and enjoys most sports particularly football and cricket.
