Adrian joined the firm in October 2010 as an Associate Solicitor.
Having studied at Staffordshire and Birmingham Universities, and after working for a number of years at practices in the Midlands, and latterly with a major Commercial firm in Birmingham City Centre, Adrian brings a wealth of Corporate and Commercial knowledge to the firm.
His specialisms include Mergers and Acquisitions, Company Restructuring, Management Buy-outs/ins as well as advising on a wide variety of commercial contracts such as distribution and tenancy agreements.
In his spare time, Adrian enjoys playing golf and squash and watching Aston Villa.
